Bug#116733: faqomatic: HTML for internal images is generated with incorrect absolute URL

When the FAQoMatic is generating HTML directly (as opposed to working off the cache), it generates the path to images incorrectly.
On my system, it's putting "http://faq.andrew.net.auhttp://faq.andrew.net.au/bags/cat.gif"; despite whether I tell it to use absolute paths or not.
I'm unable to decipher the source enough to determine if this is an upstream problem or not.
