Is anyone working on these? Either these bugs need to be fixed, or someone
needs to take responsibility for deciding that swi-prolog isn't meant
to build on arm, sparc, or hppa, or that it should be dropped from the
distro since apparently no one's interested in maintaining it.

It might be helpful if there was a "will be removed from the distro in a
week if not adopted" list as part of wnpp. Some possible rules for sticking
packages in there could be:

	* non-free and orphaned for more than 60 days
	* orphaned for more than 365 days
	* orphaned with RC bugs that've been open for more than 14 days

swi-prolog (amongst others) is holding up removing libc5 for m68k from
testing, for reference.
