Well, this is a little bit confusing, because it seems as if it said
"logcmd.c and its executable is not free software".
Suggested rewrite:

logcmd.c and the logcmd executable are based on the script program (found
in package bsdutils), and so may be redistributed [...]

Also, changelog should be compressed. If you are using debmake, please use
the most recent hamm version.

dpkg-mountable has been removed from Debian unstable and won't be
released with the next official release of Debian, codenamed "woody".
The original maintainer writes:

| apt-zip rather than my not-free dialup access. I wrote it when I
| was accessing the University's NFS archive mirror!

| * It's slightly buggy, and badly out-of-date policy-wise.
