fair enough, it doesn't look like anyone's interested it.
as has been said before, it's non-free, has alternatives, etc.
not to mention those security problems.

is anyone interested in adopting it and maintaining it actively?

there's one element to the license of the latest version which i
think makes it impossible for it to be actively maintained.

So, someone would have to ask them.

Also it says nothing about modification, and expressly denies
non-commercial use.
