Bug#80573: should replace grafix

This might explain why it did not work for me.

so I'll upload a new grafix source that builds

Replaces: grafix
Conflicts: grafix

Package: grafix-dev
Depends: grafix1 (= ${Source-Version}), libg++2.8.1.3-dev, xlibs-dev
Conflicts: grafix
