Bug#56460: macutils: uses obsolete 'install-mime'

I've fixed this bug, and updated the packaging slightly. It's also
lintian clean now. Unless someone from -qa objects, I'll upload it
soon.

macutils (2.0b3-8) unstable; urgency=low

  * Uses dh_installmime (Closes: #56460).
  * Updated Standards-Version.
