According to that page the maintainer is:

   Maintainer for radiusd-merit is [1]Roberto Lumbreras <rover@debian.org>.

He is still available afaik.

But:

   Maintainer for hylafax-server is [1]Dermot Bradley <bradley@debian.org>.
