Bug#5063: marked as done (bibindex contains unstripped executables)

This package contains unstripped executables:

        /usr/bin/bibindex
                ELF 32-bit LSB executable, Intel 80386, version 1
        /usr/bin/biblook
                ELF 32-bit LSB executable, Intel 80386, version 1

According to section 4.1 of the policy manual, all binaries and shared
libraries should be installed stripped.
