Debian does not currently have a maintainer for this package. The
original maintainer from IBM did a single upload and then
disappeared.

No software packaged in Debian currently depends on tss2.

I would suggest you ignore the existence of tss2 packages in Debian
until someone steps up and actually maintains them.
