Bug#1024896: ghostscript-doc: missing HTML files, package almost empty

Package: ghostscript-doc
Version: 10.0.0~dfsg-7
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

ghostscript-doc is supposed to contain the documentation,
but the documentation is entirely missing!

When upgrading the package:

Processing triggers for doc-base (0.11.1) ...
Processing 2 changed doc-base files...
Error in `/usr/share/doc-base/ghostscript-doc.ghostscript', line 10: all `Format' sections are invalid.
Note: `install-docs --verbose --check file_name' may give more details about the above error.

Indeed, /usr/share/doc-base/ghostscript-doc.ghostscript contains

Format: HTML
Index: /usr/share/doc/ghostscript/index.html
Files: /usr/share/doc/ghostscript/*.htm*

but the package contains no HTML files, except "News.htm".

It seems that previous versions contained them:

zira:~> apt-file search /usr/share/doc/ghostscript/index.html
ghostscript-doc: /usr/share/doc/ghostscript/index.html

so they have been silently dropped (the NEWS.Debian.gz and
changelog.Debian.gz don't say anything).
