Package: auto-apt Version: 0.3.21 Severity: normal At first, I thought this was a problem with using auto-apt within a chroot but I cannot seem to get auto-apt to write a logfile of any kind, even outside the chroot. I've tried: auto-apt -L auto-apt -L record.lists touch record.lists ; auto-apt -L record.lists auto-apt -Lrecord.lists I can see the output on the terminal but no file is created: checking for POPPLER... Install:libdevel/libgnome-dev file:/usr/bin/gnome-config by:sh -c gnome-config --libs poppler-glib > /dev/null 2>&1 (This is from running the ./configure script from the evince Debian source.) --- System information. --- Architecture: powerpc Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-4-powerpc Debian Release: lenny/sid 500 unstable www.linux.codehelp.co.uk 500 unstable www.emdebian.org 500 unstable ftp.uk.debian.org --- Package information. --- Depends (Version) | Installed =========================-+-============= libc6 (>= 2.3.5-1) | 2.5-9 -- Neil Williams ============= http://www.data-freedom.org/ http://www.nosoftwarepatents.com/ http://www.linux.codehelp.co.uk/Attachment: pgpjQ56HPxrbd.pgp
