Package: auto-apt
Version: 0.3.21
Severity: wishlist
Hello,
It would be nice to auto-apt to support aptitude instead of apt-get.
It is recommended on all Etch documentation and has a much better
package management system.
I had to stop every time and call aptitude by hand to not let apt-get
mess up my auto / manual package selection. I just changed all apt-get
by aptitude (and minor adjustments) inside the source and it seems to
work fine for me.
I believe many users would benefit from this.
Thank you.
