Package: aqualung
Version: 0.9~beta8-2
Severity: wishlist

Aqualung should support for files to have multiple genre and artist tags
(or pretty much any other tag multiple times!).
This is supported by at least the Ogg formats and ID3v2; I don't know
about the other formats.

In fact, this method is encouraged for Ogg formats, per
http://xiph.org/ogg/vorbis/doc/v-comment.html:

  Field names are not required to be unique (occur once) within a
  comment header. As an example, assume a track was recorded by three well
  know[n] artists; the following is permissible, and encouraged:

  ARTIST=Dizzy Gillespie
  ARTIST=Sonny Rollins
  ARTIST=Sonny Stitt

For genre tags, this is very important for me. I have many songs that
are tagged e.g. 'Swing' and 'Jazz'. Or 'Vocal' and 'Jazz'; there is lots
of Jazz that is around Vocals (e.g. Frank Sinatra) and lots of Jazz that
often doesn't have any vocals at all (e.g. Glenn Miller)

   It's not denial. I'm just selective about the reality I accept. //\
