Package: aqualung
Version: 0.9~beta8-2
Severity: normal

After launching `aqualung' without arguments, two windows appear. I
do not know what these windows contain because every time my window
manager (Ratpoison) attempts to resize them to the correct size for my
chosen window management policy (1600x1200px), aqualung attempts to
manually resize its windows directly to some other size.

I strongly suspect this is not the correct behaviour, and that desired
geometry should be REQUESTED of the window manager via MWM hints (and
suchlike), and the program should gracefully handle being allocated
resources other than those desired. Note that the current behaviour
effectively renders this application unusable in Ratpoison, and
probably other tiling window managers, too (wmi, wmii, dwm, ion2,
ion3, xmonad).
