Bug#557476: setting not restored on suspend/resume and login/logout

Dear Maintainer,

I can confirm the problem of settings not being restored after logout/login for
the current version of gpointing-device-settings is wheezy.

gnome-settings-daemon is loaded but does not have the mentioned library loaded
although it exists:

9239
marc@nephthys:~$ fgrep -e point /proc/9239/maps
marc@nephthys:~$

I noticed that gpointing-device-settings is the only package that has files in
the directory with its plugins for gnome-settings-daemon:

There are two directories with similar names and more files in them that are
actually owned by gnome-settings-daemon, so it seems like the directory is just
wrong:
