Package: qt3-dev-tools
Version: 3:3.3.4-3
Severity: normal

when compiling apps in a pbuilder chroot, uic attempts connecting to the
network, which fails and seriously slows down the build. errors look
like this:

/usr/bin/uic -L /usr/lib/kde3/plugins/designer -nounload -o scaleEd.h ./scaleEd.ui
Session management error: Could not open network socket

it would be nice to have at least an option to disable such attempts.

cheers, paul
