The patch debian/patches/12_disable_includehints.dpatch disable the tag "includehints" in ui files.
I don't know which bug this patch is supposed to fix, but I remember a bug in qt 3.3.5
that generate bad code with "includehints" directive. This bug is resolved since 3.3.6
If the purpose of this patch is only to avoid old bug, it should be reverted as some ui files
created with old qt-designer fail to compile. (missing includes in generated cpp files).
