Bug#660642: glabels: desktop file needs GenericName entries

The glabels desktop file needs to be fixed:
1) The Name entry should only contain the application name ("gLabels" in
this case) and no additional generic description.
2) There is no need to translate the Name entry.
3) The generic descriptions belong into (localized) GenericName entries,
that have to be added to the glabels desktop file.
The attached patch fixes this issue.
