Please include the following DTD:

  * http://www.w3.org/2002/04/xhtml-math-svg/xhtml-math-svg.dtd

And maybe this one as well:

  * http://www.w3.org/Math/DTD/mathml2/xhtml-math11-f.dtd
    (This seems completely different from
     http://www.w3.org/TR/MathML2/dtd/xhtml-math11-f.dtd,
     which is currently included in w3-dtd-mathml.)
