Package: otrs2
Version: 2.3.4-2
Severity: normal
After installing OTRS 2.3.4, in /etc/cron.d/otrs I find this line:
*/10 * * * * $HOME/bin/PostMasterMailbox.pl >> /dev/null
Fetching mails did not work, as the otrs username is missing in that line...
Changing to:
*/10 * * * * otrs $HOME/bin/PostMasterMailbox.pl >> /dev/null
... fixed this for me.
