Bug#256124: marked as done (Diald starts fully loading CPU)

regarding Diald starts fully loading CPU

Diald seems to start fully loading the CPU on my system, which should
not happen, because it's a Pentium III.  Top reports 99.9% of the CPU
time being in diald.

The diald package has been removed from Debian so we are closing
the bugs that were still opened against it.
