Bug#322391: rxvt: non-POSIX in debian/rules

Package: rxvt
Version: 1:2.6.4-7
Severity: minor
Tags: patch

I get a FTBFS on my system because I have dash as standard shell
instead of bash. Here's a simple patch that makes the offending
line in debian/rules POSIX compliant.
