Hello,

According to the rules in the faq at http://ddtp.debian.org (at the end of it),
you connot use a line with a space a dot and something else, so I suggest you
change your last line into:

These bugs were fixed in NMUs 1.14-2.1, and accepted when the package
was taken by QA in version 1.14-2.2.
