Huh, why not? changelog entries which in retrospect fail to correctly
describe the change, or have typo's, or whatever, can very well be
(and IMHO should be) changed in a later upload. This is not uncommon
practice, in fact, quite some of Christian's changelogentries have
already be changed.

For example, compare the 2.4.0-6 entry in [1] with [2].
