Bug#210899: marked as done (hwtools must depend on debconf)

hwtools uses debconf but only suggests debconf.

Since debconf isn't essential this is a RC missing dependency.

lintian would have told you about this problem.

These bugs are already fixed in the hwtools package in unstable.
