Configuring Hwtools

hwtools package:

You will most probably want to read /usr/share/doc/hwtools/README.Debian an=
d the
rest of the files in that directory, before using any of the programs inclu=
in this package.=20

That's true of at least 50% of the packages in debian, and if they all
displayed messages like this at install it would be hell. So this is debconf
abuse, please remove the useless note.

These bugs are already fixed in the hwtools package in unstable.

"Is there not promise of rain?" Ling Tan asked suddenly out
of the darkness. There had been need of rain for many days.
"Only a promise," Lao Er said.
