Bug#179279: freeamp: mp3s play faster and at a higher frequency than with other mp3 players
Package: freeamp
Version: 1:2.1.1.0-4
Severity: normal
All mp3's that I've played using freeamp play faster and at a higher
frequency than when played with other mp3 players on the same system
xmms filename.mp3 and mpg123 -s > /dev/dsp
and when played with mp3 players on other systems.
In case it is some sort of kernel issue, here are the kernel modules
loaded related to my sound card:
i810_audio 16512 2
soundcore 3556 3 [i810_audio]
ac97_codec 9184 0 [i810_audio]
If there's any more information that's needed, let me know.
