Bug#170043: bug: doesn't accept british dictionary for ispell

When I try to ispell a bug report, bug complains that the
US american english wordlist is not installed. Instead, I have
ibritish, but that's not used. I think bug reports are not
necessarily meant to be in american english, british english
should be fine too...
