Bug#164449: gadfly should provide python-kjbuckets

python-kjbuckets is indeed included in the sources, but the binary
package contains only a private, pure-Python kjbuckets implementation
used if python-kjbuckets is missing (note that gadfly Recommends it).
Having been written in C, python-kjbuckets is considerably faster, and
three times smaller than gadfly.
If you insist, I think it would be better to remove the pure-Python
code and make python-kjbuckets a dependency of gadfly.
