Bug#163352: wavr still segfaulting on cd quality record

Package: wavtools
Version: 1.3.2-8

The may be related to archived bug #58463, which was closed as of wavtools
1.3.2-4, but still appears to be there.

As of wavtools 1.3.2-8, wavr is still segfaulting on cdquality recording
(--r 44100 -d 16 -c 2).  Other recording rates seem to work, but not
cdquality.
