Bug#148661: postrm fails on /etc/vga/* removal

Purging configuration files for svgalibg1 ...
Attempting to remove /etc/vga, errors are normal ...
rm: cannot remove `/etc/vga/*.bak': No such file or directory
dpkg: error processing svgalibg1 (--purge):
 subprocess post-removal script returned error exit status 1

It should use rm -f instead of rm.
