Bug#214205: qa.debian.org/debcheck: Please don't include contrib/non-free

I just checked for broken dependencies and noticed a large number of
Java packages... they are in contrib, however, which permits
dependencies on packages not in Debian. I think contrib and non-free
should not be included in debcheck because of this policy.
For your reference, the package I checked was
