related to https://wiki.debian.org/Python/LibraryStyleGuide

The "pyproject.toml" file is not mentioned here. But it is currentrecommended way (and central file) to do python packaging. If it is notpossible to use that file in context of debian packaging this alsoshould be mentioned in that wiki page.
