python-werkzeug 2.2.2 and flask 2.2.2 transition

Hi,

I'd like Bookworm to be released with python-werkzeug 2.2.2 and flask 
2.2.2 (needed by Sahara).

So I've uploaded both to Experimental, and here's the result:
