This package wasn't updated for the Python 3.9 transition and removed from
testing on 2020-12-11. Its FTBFS actually suggests it doesn't work with modern
celery, the upstream bug is https://github.com/django-haystack/celery-
haystack/issues/64. There are some PRs and a fork
(https://pypi.org/project/celery-haystack-ng/) linked there.
