flatlatex is a basic converter from LaTeX math to human readable text
math using unicode characters. Some people tend to require such tool to
inline small equations in emails or on instant messaging clients, thus
avoiding unreadable garbage or to send a pdf link.

Although there are online solutions (I'll not make any advertisement so
far, you're free to look for them), a command-line local solution would
potentially be useful to one.

I'll maintain the package inside Python Apps Packaging Team.
