It builds those binary packages:
- python-parsel - Python 2 library to extract HTML/XML data using
XPath/CSS selecto
- python3-parsel - Python 3 library to extract HTML/XML data using
XPath/CSS selecto

This is the initial package release, as it is a new dependency on the
team maintained python-scrapy. The package is lintian clean and builds
fine through pbuilder.
