It doesn't seem to like me today:
% git clone https://anonscm.debian.org/git/python-modules/packages/apscheduler.git

fatal: unable to access 'https://anonscm.debian.org/git/python-modules/packages/apscheduler.git/': gnutls_handshake() failed: Error in the pull function.
Is this URL correct?
I also tried git from unstable in case the version in Jessie is broken,
however the results are the same
