They're all converted. There are just some remaining steps to do by
hand, to reconcile the SVN history with upstream history, and convert
patches to dpm.

The maintainers. They'll have to learn dpm soon enough, anyway. Or a
team volunteer army. 10 people x 10 each, should be quick enough.

Further automation is a *lot* more work. I don't think it's worth it.
