Scott replied with more detailed info about the britney2-derived thing
Ubuntu runs.
And really, as he said and you guessed, ${ubuntu-devel}-proposed is not
meant for humans.

Debian's unstable is run by humans → more people affected by breakages →
quicker fixes.  This is how I see it, at least.
And by humans here I mean Debian developers/contributors.


Still getting Debian's britney2 use dep8 tests as a data point for
migrations would be really, really cool+useful.
