Builds fine here (without any warnings).
Tested with Sphinx 1.2.3+dfsg-1 and 1.3.1-2.

dh_sphinxdoc does not know anything about Python version, it should not
matter.

underscore-1.3.1.js file is in Sphinx source, but we do not ship it in Debian.
Do you have a custom Sphinx installation (i.e. from PyPI) somewhere?
