But the namespace is numpydoc not sphinx, so it's even more confusing, isn't it?
actually it got renamed later on into python-sphinxcontrib.issuetracker. It might be worth checking with numpydoc people if they do not have plans on placing numpydoc under sphinxcontrib namespace
