It doesn't really matter, 2.6.6-3 is in stable so you can skip the
version if you want (and make it a little bit harder for derivatives).

I meant that "2.6.5" suggests this package needs Python 2.6.5 (i.e.
upstream version) instead of Debian's 2.6.5-1 (which provides dh_python2)

Requiring "0.4.90~" (with tilde) version of cdbs makes sense on the
other hand as Squeeze was released with 0.4.89.
