Request to join the team

here's Muflone from Italy,
I'm not fully sure this is the right address to ask but the PATP webpage 
wasn't too clear to me.

I wish to join the team to package a couple of existing python 
applications (not python modules) developed by me and maybe to help in 
packaging other's packages.
