Request to join the team

Hi!

My name is Johannes Ring. I am interested in joining the python-modules
team. Currently I have two packages that I would like to maintain within
the group: scitools [1] and swiginac [2]. Both of them are currently
available in a repository [3] that I maintain at my work.
