well, I had to work on a Source list did I ? So I may have opened some 
bugs that should not, just close them.

yes, because I used a trick that Raphael suggested: looking for binary 
packages named python-* and did not had a Python-Version.

We should also list the ones that Buil-Depends upon python, and sort the 
one that needs a transition and the ones that do not. There is a much 
higher chance to have dupes in there, and I did not had the time to do 
it. I caught 254 bugs, maybe 10 are false positive, that's not useless 
either.
