Fully agree text based is better here.

I have to say I'm relatively new to irc so I've never seen it. I think
it's an experiment we should try. Should we also ask for mail answer to
the questions so we can publish in bits? It would also be a chance for
the candidates to expand their answers or clarify any points afterwards.

Agree, we need to set up the channels and ask debian-social to pipe
things.

Maybe we all can agree on some timeslots we have available in advance
and send them for the candidates.

I'll get the questions from last year and I'm trying to keep up with
debian-vote.
