Yes, starting at 17:00 UTC i.e. 18:00 CET could work for me.

Jean-Pierre: I hope to be able to contribute some tiny bit of work like e.g.
proofreading this time.  Are you available again to do the bulk of the work?

Yes please.  I am very busy with Real Life™ these days; I might be able to
allocate an hour (or even an hour and a half) but more just won't happen.

We could try that indeed.  But if we can't reach rough consensus within that
small slot of time; we should be prepared to keep the item on the agenda for
next meeting, I'd guess.
