Date of publication is not decided yet, please track changes in the status line for further translatins (now "open-for-edit", will change to "content-frozen" when the content has been stabilized and publish date decided). Also, the file would be moved from drafts to the corresponding folder, and name changed to 201601DD.wml (being "DD" publishing day).
