No idea about "large room", I wish it will be needed! But maybe people just can happily pile up in a small room too ;)

About video yes/no, if somebody can do a bit of "live coverage" in IRC, so remote followers know the ideas being exposed in real time, and then can write more ideas or questions without repeating, I think it can be enough (plus the post-BoF report).

In my particular case, it's not guaranteed that I can engage remotely, wether there is video coverage or not. The chosen way for reporting will be fine for me.
